CESB primarily focus unification of telecommunication tower all across Malaysia having a registered Network Facility Provider license from Malaysia Communications and Multimedia Commission and fiber panel fabrication.

CESB with a strategic partnership is formed with Czarkey Sdn Bhd (“CSB”) where both companies share the same experience and resources. CSB is the appointed Main Contractor for telco tower unification and site mobilization. The collaboration initiative between CSB and CESB has enable us to offer much larger scale and multi – disciplinary services such as;

• Manufacturing of fiberglass panel for Camouflage Solutions
• Develop, manage, operate and maintain a network of multi-operator telecommunications towers at strategic locations throughout Malaysia.

Our key management team possess over 25 years of combined experiences in Information & Communication Technology (ICT), telecommunication infrastructures, efficient project construction management, business financial development and dealings with respective statutory bodies in Malaysia.
